To comply with Lottery funding requirements, we need to record details of every event taking place at the hall.
We would be grateful if all organisers (or those booking the hall) would complete a copy of this form for each event they organise or book.
The organisers of regular events, such as WI meetings, Mother and Toddlers, should record these details for each meeting/event.
