HIRING OF EQUIPMENT – FOR USE AWAY FROM THE HALL

DEPOSITS:

To be paid at the time of booking as advised. If any damage is done to the hall or premises or their fittings, the expense of making good the same is to be paid by the hirer if the cost is in excess of the deposit.

 

CANCELLATION:

In the event of the hirer cancelling, the deposit paid shall be forfeited. Where the cancellation is made within 28 days of the function the full hiring charge shall become payable unless the hall is hired by someone else for that date.

 

All enquiries concerning hire charges must be directed through the Village Hall Bookings Secretary, Anita Bright (tel: 01588 650242), who will provide a hiring fee for each individual purpose.

 Norbury Village Hall Management Committee reserves the right to refuse any hiring without giving a reason for doing so.
